1. המחויבות שלנו1. Our commitment

אנחנו רוצים שכל אחד יוכל להשתמש באתר Modelz, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנחנו פועלים להנגיש את האתר בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח־1998, לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג־2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 (המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0) ברמה AA.We want everyone to be able to use the Modelz website, including people with disabilities. We are working to make the site accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA.

2. מה עשינו באתר2. What we have done on the site

  • אפשר להשתמש בכל האתר במקלדת. מיקום הפוקוס מסומן בבירור, ובראש כל עמוד יש קישור "דילוג לתוכן".The whole site can be used with a keyboard. The focus position is clearly marked, and every page starts with a "Skip to content" link.
  • לתמונות שמעבירות מידע יש טקסט חלופי בעברית ובאנגלית. תמונות קישוטיות והיצור המונפש של Modelz מוסתרים מקוראי מסך.Images that carry information have alternative text in English and Hebrew. Decorative images and the animated Modelz creature are hidden from screen readers.
  • ניגודיות הטקסט נבדקה בכל עמודי האתר, והיא לפחות 4.5:1.Text contrast was checked on every page of the site and is at least 4.5:1.
  • לכל שדה בטפסים יש תווית, והודעות שגיאה מוצגות בטקסט ומוקראות לקוראי מסך.Every form field has a label, and error messages are shown as text and announced to screen readers.
  • האתר זמין בעברית ובאנגלית, עם כיוון כתיבה נכון לכל שפה.The site is available in English and Hebrew, with the right text direction for each.
  • מי שהגדיר במערכת ההפעלה הפחתת תנועה, רוב האנימציות באתר נעצרות.If your operating system is set to reduce motion, most animations on the site stop.
  • הבדיקה האחרונה: 16 באוקטובר 2026, על ידי צוות Modelz, בבדיקות אוטומטיות ובבדיקת מקלדת בדפדפן Chrome, ב־25 עמודים ובשתי השפות. עוד לא נעשתה בדיקה עם קורא מסך או על ידי בודק חיצוני.Last checked: 16 October 2026, by the Modelz team, with automated checks and keyboard testing in Chrome, on 25 pages in both languages. It has not yet been checked with a screen reader or by an external auditor.

3. מה עוד לא נגיש במלואו3. What is not fully accessible yet

  • הסרטון בעמוד הבית מתנגן מעצמו, בלי קול, כשהוא על המסך, וממשיך גם כשמוגדרת הפחתת תנועה. יש לו כפתור קול, אבל עדיין אין לו כפתור עצירה או כתוביות. מה שהוא מראה מוסבר גם בטקסט בעמוד הבית ובעמוד "איך זה עובד".The film on the home page plays by itself, muted, while it is on screen, and keeps playing when reduce motion is on. It has a sound button, but no pause button or captions yet. What it shows is also described in text on the home page and on "How it works".
  • רצפי תמונות מונפשים (מתוכנית למודל, הדגמות השיחה) מתוארים בטקסט חלופי אחד, ולא פריים אחרי פריים.Animated image sequences (plan to model, the chat demos) are described in one text alternative, not frame by frame.
  • הסיור התלת־ממדי (TOURZ) הוא חוויה חזותית. מה שבו מוצג גם בתמונות ובטקסט בעמוד TOURZ.The 3D tour (TOURZ) is a visual experience. What it shows is also on the TOURZ page in images and text.
  • ההצהרה הזו חלה על האתר. החלונות של Modelz שנפתחים בתוך תוכנת התכנון שלכם עדיין לא נכללים בה, והנגישות שלהם תלויה גם בתוכנה עצמה.This statement covers the website. The Modelz windows that open inside your design software are not covered yet, and their accessibility also depends on that software.

השירות ניתן באופן מקוון בלבד, ואין קבלת קהל. אפשר לקבל עזרה במייל או בטלפון, בפרטים שלמטה.The service is provided online only, and there is no public reception. You can get help by email or phone, using the details below.

אם משהו באתר לא נגיש לכם, נשמח לדעת ולתקן. כתבו או התקשרו לרכז הנגישות, וציינו את הדף, את הבעיה ואת הדפדפן או הטכנולוגיה המסייעת שבה אתם משתמשים. נענה תוך 5 ימי עסקים.If something on the site is not accessible to you, please tell us so we can fix it. Write to or call our accessibility coordinator with the page, the problem and the browser or assistive technology you use. We reply within 5 business days.
