לא. הקרדיטים מגיעים מהמאגר של הצוות. הם רק מאשרים את ההזמנה, מורידים את Modelz ונכנסים עם האימייל שאליו הוזמנו.No. Credits come from the team pool. They accept the invitation, download Modelz and sign in with the email they were invited at.

אפשר להוסיף או להוריד מקומות באמצע?Can we add or remove seats midway?
מקום שנוסף נכנס מיד ומוסיף את הקרדיטים שלו למאגר, ומשלמים רק על החלק היחסי של התקופה. הורדת מקומות נכנסת לתוקף בחידוש הבא.An added seat applies right away and adds its credits to the pool; you pay only the prorated part of the period. Removing seats applies at the next renewal.
מה קורה לקרדיטים שלא נוצלו?What happens to unused credits?
כמו במסלולים הרגילים: קרדיטים של החודש עוברים לחודש הבא. אפשר גם לקנות חבילות השלמה למאגר. הן בתוקף ל־12 חודשים מיום הרכישה, אפשר להשתמש בהן גם בלי מסלול, והן נכנסות לשימוש אחרי כל שאר הקרדיטים. חבילות שנקנו לפני שהכלל הזה נכנס לתוקף לא פגות לעולם.Same as regular plans: a month's credits roll over one month. You can also buy top-ups for the pool. They are valid for 12 months from purchase, work with or without a plan, and are used after all your other credits. Top-ups bought before this rule took effect never expire.
איך עובדים חדרי לקוח בצוות?How do client rooms work in a team?
כל חבר צוות שולח חדרי לקוח מ־TOURZ בלי באדג׳ ועם גרסאות בלי הגבלה. החדר שייך למי ששלח אותו, וההערות חוזרות אליו. הסיור נרשם על המאגר המשותף, כמו כל פעולה.Every member sends client rooms from TOURZ with no badge and unlimited versions. A room belongs to the member who sent it, and the notes come back to them. The tour is charged to the shared pool, like any other action.
מה קורה כשמישהו עוזב את הצוות?What happens when someone leaves?
מסירים אותו מהצוות בלחיצה. הגישה שלו לקרדיטים של הצוות נעצרת, המקום מתפנה למישהו אחר, והמודלים שבנה נשארים בקבצי הפרויקט.Remove them in one click. Their access to team credits stops, the seat is free for someone else, and the models they built stay in the project files.
