1. מי אנחנו1. Who we are

2. השירות2. The Service

Modelz היא מערכת AI לאדריכלים ולמעצבי פנים שעובדת בתוך תוכנת התכנון. היא כוללת שישה כלים: MODELZ (מודל תלת־ממד מתוכנית או מתמונה), AGENTZ (שינויים במודל בשיחה), RENDERZ (הדמיות), TOURZ (סיור תלת־ממדי בקישור), FOLDERZ (קבצי הפרויקט וספריית רהיטים וחומרים) ו־CREDITZ (יתרת הקרדיטים).Modelz is an AI system for architects and interior designers that works inside design software. It includes six tools: MODELZ (a 3D model from a plan or a photo), AGENTZ (chat edits to the model), RENDERZ (renders), TOURZ (a 3D walkthrough at a link), FOLDERZ (project files plus a furniture and materials library) and CREDITZ (the credit balance).

Every change is shown as a proposal and applied only after you approve it. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them professionally. Models, renders and tours are for design, planning and presentation. They are not construction documents and do not replace site measurements or a check by a qualified professional. Verify every dimension before building or ordering.

We announce planned maintenance in advance when we can. Urgent maintenance may happen without notice. A run cut short by a fault on our side is not charged (section 4).

3. חשבון3. Your account

  • נרשמים עם חשבון Google או עם אימייל וסיסמה.You sign up with a Google account or with an email and password.
  • מחשב מקושר לחשבון מתוך Modelz, דרך הדפדפן. במסלול Starter אפשר לקשר עד שני מחשבים, ב־Pro עד שלושה וב־Studio עד חמישה. כל מסלול מיועד למשתמש אחד.A computer is linked to the account from Modelz, through the browser. Starter allows up to two computers, Pro up to three and Studio up to five. Each plan is for one user.
  • אתם אחראים לשמור על פרטי הכניסה ועל כל פעולה שנעשית בחשבון שלכם.You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity in your account.
  • השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה. פרטי החשבון צריכים להיות נכונים ומלאים.The Service is for people aged 18 or over. Account details must be accurate and complete.
  • מי שנרשם בשם עסק מצהיר שהוא מוסמך לחייב אותו. בחשבון Teams, מנהל החשבון אחראי למשתמשים שהזמין.If you sign up for a business, you confirm you may bind it. In a Teams account, the admin is responsible for the members they invite.

4. קרדיטים4. Credits

  • כל הכלים משתמשים ביתרת קרדיטים אחת. כל דולר במסלול או ברכישת קרדיטים שווה ל־1,000 קרדיטים.All tools use one credit balance. Each dollar of a plan or top-up equals 1,000 credits.
  • לפני כל פעולה מוצג טווח הקרדיטים שהיא צפויה לעלות. פעולה מתחילה רק אם היתרה מכסה את ההערכה.Before each action, its expected credit range is shown. An action starts only if the balance covers the estimate.
  • מגבלה יומית: 50,000 קרדיטים למשתמש.Daily limit: 50,000 credits per user.
  • קרדיטים של מסלול עוברים לחודש אחד נוסף. קרדיטים שנרכשו בנפרד בתוקף ל־12 חודשים. סדר השימוש: קודם קרדיטים של המסלול, ואחר כך הקרדיטים הנרכשים הוותיקים ביותר.Plan credits roll over for one extra month. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months. Order of use: plan credits first, then the oldest top-up.
  • ריצה שלא יצרה כלום בגלל תקלה אצלנו לא מחויבת: הקרדיטים חוזרים אוטומטית ותקבלו על כך הודעה. ריצות מוגבלות בזמן ובעלות.A run that creates nothing because of a fault on our side is not charged: the credits return automatically and you are told. Runs are capped in time and cost.

5. קרדיטים במתנה5. Free credits

They cover chat at low or medium depth and renders up to 2K, and do not include building a model from a plan or publishing a tour. After signing up and verifying your email, 2,000 more credits are added. One free grant per computer.

  • המחירים בדולר ארה״ב והם המחיר הסופי. המחירים כוללים מע״מ: ללקוחות בישראל המע״מ כדין (היום 18%) כלול במחיר ולא מתווסף עליו. על כל תשלום מופקת חשבונית.Prices are in US dollars and are final. For customers in Israel, VAT as required by law (currently 18%) is included in the price, never added on top. An invoice is issued for every payment.
  • התשלום בכרטיס אשראי, דרך חברת סליקה ישראלית.Payment is by card, through an Israeli payment processor.
  • המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בסוף כל תקופה עד לביטול. [להשלמה: הודעה לפני חידוש]The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. [To complete: notice before renewal]
  • שדרוג נכנס לתוקף מיד, עם חיוב יחסי. שינוי למסלול קטן יותר נכנס לתוקף בחידוש הבא.Upgrades take effect immediately, charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

7. ביטול7. Cancellation

אפשר לבטל בכל רגע מאזור החשבון. הקרדיטים נשארים זמינים עד סוף התקופה ששולמה. הפרטים המלאים, כולל החזרים, נמצאים במדיניות הביטולים וההחזרים.You can cancel anytime from your account. Your credits stay usable until the end of the paid period. Full details, including refunds, are in the cancellation and refund policy.

8. התוכן שלכם8. Your content

You give us a limited licence to process them for that purpose only. The models, renders and tours created for you are yours to use, including commercially, subject to "The Modelz shared library" below. More in the privacy policy.

This is part of the Service on every plan and cannot be turned off.

Items that copy a recognisable branded product are not included.
  • ככל שיש לכם זכויות בפריטים האלה, אתם מעניקים לנו רישיון בלתי חוזר, ללא תמורה ובכל העולם להשתמש בהם, לשנות אותם ולהפיץ אותם למשתמשי Modelz. השימוש שלכם בפריט בפרויקטים שלכם לא משתנה.To the extent you hold rights in these items, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify and distribute them to Modelz users. Your own use of the item in your projects is not affected.

9. שימוש מותר9. Acceptable use

אסור:You may not:

  • להשתמש בשירות למטרה בלתי חוקית.Use the Service for anything unlawful.
  • להעלות תוכניות, תמונות או קבצים שאין לכם זכות להשתמש בהם.Upload plans, photos or files you have no right to use.
  • לעקוף מגבלות, את הקרדיטים או את החיוב, כולל פתיחת חשבונות או התקנות חוזרות כדי לקבל שוב קרדיטים במתנה.Bypass limits, credits or billing, including opening accounts or reinstalling to get free credits again.
  • לשתף את החשבון או את פרטי הכניסה עם אחרים, או לקשר מחשבים מעבר למה שהמסלול מאפשר.Share your account or sign-in details, or link more computers than your plan allows.
  • לבצע הנדסה לאחור של השירות, או להעתיק או לחלץ את הכלים או את ספריית האלמנטים כמכלול.Reverse engineer the Service, or copy or extract its tools or the element library as a whole.
  • להפעיל את השירות באופן אוטומטי או ליצור עומס שעלול לשבש אותו.Automate the Service or load it in a way that could disrupt it.
  • למכור, להשכיר או להעביר לאחרים גישה לשירות.Sell, rent or pass on access to the Service.

10. רישיון לתוכנה10. Software licence

התוסף, תוכנת ההתקנה וספריית האלמנטים ניתנים לכם ברישיון שימוש אישי, לא בלעדי ולא ניתן להעברה, לפי התנאים האלה והמסלול שלכם. הם לא נמכרים לכם. כל הזכויות בתוכנה, בשם Modelz ובספרייה כמכלול שמורות לנו. אישור התנאים בזמן ההתקנה הוא הסכמה לתנאים האלה.The plugin, the installer and the element library are licensed to you, not sold: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms and your plan. All rights in the software, the Modelz name and the library as a whole stay with us. Accepting the terms during installation means accepting these terms.

11. הקבצים שלכם וגיבוי11. Your files and backups

Modelz עובד בתוך המודל הפתוח שלכם ב־SketchUp ומשנה אותו לפי בקשות שאתם מאשרים. תוכנה שרצה בתוך תוכנה אחרת עלולה להיתקע, ו־SketchUp עלולה להיסגר בלי לשמור, בגלל התוסף, בגלל SketchUp עצמה, המחשב או החיבור.Modelz works inside your open SketchUp model and changes it according to requests you approve. Software that runs inside other software can freeze, and SketchUp may close without saving, whether because of the plugin, SketchUp itself, the computer or the connection.

  • שמרו את המודל לפני כל פעולה של Modelz והחזיקו גיבויים קבועים. האחריות לשמירה ולגיבוי של הקבצים היא שלכם.Save your model before each Modelz action and keep regular backups. You are responsible for saving and backing up your files.
  • כל שינוי של Modelz נרשם כפעולה אחת שאפשר לבטל ב־Undo של SketchUp. בדקו את התוצאה לפני שאתם ממשיכים ולפני שמירה.Each Modelz change is recorded as one operation you can reverse with SketchUp Undo. Check the result before you continue and before you save.
  • איננו אחראים לעבודה שאבדה, לקובץ שנפגם או למודל שנהרס, גם כש־SketchUp נתקעה או קרסה. אם הריצה לא הושלמה, הקרדיטים שלה חוזרים אליכם (סעיף 4), וזה הסעד היחיד לריצה כזו.We are not liable for lost work, a corrupted file or a damaged model, including when SketchUp froze or crashed. If the run did not finish, its credits return to you (section 4), and that is the only remedy for such a run.

We are not responsible for their availability, their changes or version updates that break compatibility. We make reasonable efforts to update the plugin when a new SketchUp version is released.

15. שינויים בתנאים15. Changes to these terms

אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את התנאים. על שינוי מהותי נודיע במייל ובאתר לפחות 30 יום לפני שייכנס לתוקף. המשך השימוש אחרי המועד הזה מהווה הסכמה. לא מסכימים? אפשר לבטל את המנוי בכל רגע (סעיף 7).We may update these terms. For a material change we give at least 30 days' notice by email and on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept it. If you do not agree, you can cancel at any time (section 7).

16. דין וסמכות שיפוט16. Governing law

על התנאים חלים דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים ב[עיר].These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
