כך נראה פרויקט ב־Modelz, מההתקנה ועד הקישור ששולחים ללקוח. העלות גלויה לאורך הדרך, וכל שינוי מתבטל ב־Undo אחד.This is a Modelz project, from install to the link you send your client. The cost is visible along the way, and every change undoes in one step.

    מתקינים ונכנסיםInstall and sign in

    מורידים את Modelz ומתקינים. נכנסים עם Google או עם מייל וסיסמה, ומחברים את המחשב לחשבון דרך הדפדפן. שישת הכלים מחכים בסרגל כלים אחד.Download and install Modelz. Sign in with Google or email and password, and link the computer to your account through the browser. All six tools sit in one toolbar.

  2. MODELZ

    מעלים תוכניתUpload a plan

    PDF או תמונה (PNG או JPG), כמה קבצים ועמודים, עד 5 קומות. אפשר לצרף תמונות השראה. הקבצים נשמרים בבנק הקבצים של הפרויקט, ומשמשים גם לתיקונים בהמשך.A PDF or image (PNG or JPG), several files and pages, up to 5 floors. Add inspiration photos if you like. The files stay in the project's file bank and are used again for later fixes.

  3. MODELZ

    בודקים את הטיוטהReview the draft

    בוחרים עומק, נמוך, בינוני או גבוה, ו־Modelz בונה טיוטה. מסובבים אותה, משווים לתוכנית ומבקשים תיקונים במילים, ורק אז היא נכנסת למודל.Pick a depth, low, medium or high, and Modelz builds a draft. Rotate it, compare it with the plan and ask for fixes in words, and only then it goes into your model.

  5. AGENTZ

    משנים בשיחהEdit by chat

    כותבים מה לשנות, בעברית או באנגלית. AGENTZ מזיז, מוסיף, בונה פריטים חדשים או בונה לפי תמונה, בודק את התוצאה ומכניס אותה למודל. כשמשהו מוטל בספק, השינוי מחכה לאישור שלכם. כל שינוי מתבטל ב־Undo אחד.Write what to change, in Hebrew or English. AGENTZ moves, adds, builds new items or builds from a photo, checks the result and puts it into the model. If anything is in doubt, it waits for your approval. Any change undoes in one step.

    מרנדריםRender

    מכוונים את המבט ובוחרים סגנון מוכן, או מתארים במילים ובתמונת רפרנס. ההדמיה מוכנה תוך שניות, ב־1K, 2K או 4K.Set up the view and pick a ready style, or describe it in words and with a reference image. The render is ready in seconds, at 1K, 2K or 4K.

  7. TOURZ

    משתפים סיורShare a tour

    מפרסמים את המודל כסיור תלת־ממדי בקישור. הלקוחות פותחים אותו במחשב או בטלפון, בלי התקנה ובלי אפליקציה. שיניתם משהו? מעדכנים את הסיור.Publish the model as a 3D walkthrough at a link. Clients open it on a computer or phone, with no install and no app. Changed something? Update the tour.

  8. TOURZ

    מקבלים אישור מהלקוחGet your client's approval

    שולחים חדר לקוח: ההדמיות והסיור בקישור אחד. הלקוח נועץ סיכות עם הערות ומאשר את העיצוב, וההערות חוזרות ל־TOURZ. "הצג במודל" מביא אתכם למקום, ו"תטפל בזה" מעביר את ההערה ל־AGENTZ.Send a client room: the renders and the tour in one link. Your client pins notes and approves the design, and the notes come back to TOURZ. "Show in model" takes you to the spot, and "Handle this" passes the note to AGENTZ.

קרדיטים לאורך הדרךCredits along the way

יתרה אחת לכל הכלים. ב־CREDITZ רואים את היתרה והמסלול, והיסטוריית השימוש נמצאת בעמוד החשבון באתר.One balance for every tool. CREDITZ shows your balance and plan, and your usage history is on your account page on the site.

  • הדמיות וסיורים מציגים מחיר קבוע מראש, ובשיחה מוצג טווח לפני עבודה גדולה.Renders and tours show a fixed price upfront, and the chat shows a range before large jobs.
  • ריצה מתחילה כשיש ביתרה מינימום (300 קרדיטים לשיחה, 7,000 למודל מתוכנית, ומחיר ההדמיה להדמיה), ולא מוציאה יותר מהיתרה.A run starts once your balance has a minimum (300 credits for chat, 7,000 for a model from a plan, the render's price for a render), and never spends more than your balance.
