If you use a password, it is stored only as a salted one-way hash (PBKDF2), never as plain text.

You see this description in your account's usage history, and the operator of the Service also sees it in the admin system.

- חדרי לקוח: מה שהמעצב או המעצבת שולחים בחדר (שם הלקוח, אימייל אם הוזן, הודעה, הדמיות וסיור), וההערות והאישורים שהלקוח משאיר (שם, טקסט, נקודה בתמונה או בסיור, צילום מבט). כתובת ה־IP של הלקוח נשמרת רק כגיבוב חד־כיווני, למניעת ספאם. אימייל הלקוח לא מוצג בעמוד החדר. העמוד לא נסרק במנועי חיפוש.Client rooms: what the designer sends in a room (the client's name, email if entered, a message, renders and the tour), and the notes and approvals the client leaves (name, text, a point on an image or in the tour, a snapshot of the view). The client's IP address is kept only as a one-way hash, to prevent spam. The client's email is never shown on the room page. The page is not indexed by search engines.

Without an email we cannot open an account, and without plans, photos or model data we cannot carry out a request. The Service is for people aged 18 or over.
3. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע3. Why we use it
- לבצע את הבקשות שלכם: לבנות מודל, לבצע שינוי, ליצור הדמיה או לפרסם סיור.To carry out your requests: build a model, make a change, create a render or publish a tour.
- לנהל את החשבון, את הקרדיטים ואת החיוב.To run your account, credits and billing.
- לענות לפניות, לתת תמיכה ולשלוח מיילים של השירות (אימות, קבלות, התראות). אנחנו לא שולחים דיוור שיווקי בלי הסכמה.To answer messages, give support and send service emails (verification, receipts, alerts). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- לשמור על אבטחת השירות ולמנוע שימוש לרעה, למשל במענקי קרדיטים.To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse, for example of free credit grants.
- להגדיל את הספרייה המשותפת: הגאומטריה והחומרים של פריטים בודדים שהסוכן יצר, בלי פרטים מזהים. התוכניות, התמונות והקבצים שלכם לא נכנסים לספרייה. פרטים בתנאי השימוש, סעיף 7.To grow the shared library: the geometry and materials of individual items the agent created, without identifying details. Your plans, photos and files never enter the library. Details in the terms of use, section 7.
מעבר לזה, אנחנו לא משתמשים בקבצים שלכם לשום מטרה אחרת, ולא מאמנים עליהם מודלים של AI.We do not use your files for anything else, and we do not train AI models on them.

כדי לתת את השירות, ספקים שפועלים מטעמנו מעבדים חלק מהמידע. כל אחד מקבל רק את מה שהתפקיד שלו דורש, ופועל לפי תנאי השירות והגנת המידע שלו מול עסקים:To provide the Service, providers acting on our behalf process some of the information. Each receives only what its job needs, and works under its business terms of service and data protection:
- Cloudflare (ארה״ב, רשת עולמית): האתר, מסד החשבונות, אחסון הסיורים, חדרי הלקוח והספרייה, ושליחת מיילים של השירות.Cloudflare (US, global network): the website, the account database, storage for tours, client rooms and the library, and sending service emails.
- Google Cloud: שירות הסוכן שמבצע את הבקשות, באזור תל אביב.Google Cloud: the agent service that carries out requests, in the Tel Aviv region.
- Anthropic (ארה״ב), מודל ה־AI של הסוכן (MODELZ ו־AGENTZ): מקבל את הטקסט שכתבתם, התוכניות (תמונות או PDF), התמונות, צילומי המבט של המודל ונתוני המודל הדרושים, ומחזיר את התוצאה.Anthropic (US), the AI model behind the agent (MODELZ and AGENTZ): receives the text you wrote, plans (images or PDF), photos, captures of your model's view and the model data needed, and returns the result.
- Google (ארה״ב), מודל ה־AI של ההדמיות (RENDERZ): מקבל את המבט של המודל, את הסימונים שציירתם עליו, עד 14 תמונות רפרנס ואת ההנחיות להדמיה.Google (US), the AI model behind renders (RENDERZ): receives the view of your model, the markup you drew on it, up to 14 reference images and the render instructions.
- Google (תיבת הדואר שלנו): מיילים שאתם שולחים אלינו והודעות מטופס יצירת הקשר מגיעים לתיבת דואר שמתארחת אצל Google.Google (our mailbox): emails you send us and contact form messages arrive in a mailbox hosted by Google.
- Resend (ארה״ב): התשובות שלנו אליכם במייל, מ־support@, billing@ ו־hello@, נשלחות דרכו.Resend (US): our email replies to you, from support@, billing@ and hello@, are sent through it.
- חברת הסליקה שלנו: מעבדת את התשלום.Our payment processor: processes payments.
- Google (כניסה): רק אם בחרתם להיכנס עם Google.Google (sign-in): only if you choose to sign in with Google.
גופנים ואייקונים באתר נטענים משירותים של צד שלישי, שמקבלים את כתובת ה־IP שלכם כמו בכל טעינה מהרשת. פרטים במדיניות העוגיות.Fonts and icons on the site are loaded from third-party services, which receive your IP address as with any web request. Details in the cookie policy.
סיור שמפורסם ב־TOURZ וחדר לקוח נפתחים לכל מי שמחזיק בקישור שלהם.A tour published with TOURZ and a client room open for anyone who has their link.
נמסור מידע לרשויות רק כשהחוק מחייב זאת.We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
5. עוגיות ואחסון בדפדפן5. Cookies and browser storage
האתר משתמש רק במה שנדרש כדי לעבוד: עוגיית כניסה (עד 30 יום), עוגייה קצרה לכניסה עם Google (10 דקות), ואחסון בדפדפן לשפה שבחרתם ולעוד כמה דברים קטנים. אין עוגיות פרסום, כלי מדידה או מעקב. הרשימה המלאה: מדיניות העוגיות.The site uses only what it needs to work: a sign-in cookie (up to 30 days), a short cookie for Google sign-in (10 minutes), and browser storage for the language you chose and a few other small things. No advertising cookies, analytics or tracking. The full list: cookie policy.
6. כמה זמן נשמר המידע6. How long we keep it
- החשבון, המחשבים המקושרים והיסטוריית השימוש: כל עוד החשבון פתוח. אפשר למחוק את החשבון בעצמכם, בעמוד החשבון (עם כניסה מחדש ואישור בהקלדה). המחיקה מוחקת את החשבון, את חדרי הלקוח ואת הסיורים שפרסמתם. רשומות כספיות שהחוק מחייב לשמור נשמרות בלי שם ובלי אימייל.Your account, linked computers and usage history: while the account is open. You can delete the account yourself on the account page (you sign in again and type a confirmation). This deletes the account, your client rooms and the tours you published. Financial records the law requires us to keep are kept without your name or email.
- הקבצים וההודעות שאתם שולחים לבקשה: נשמרים בשירות הסוכן רק בזמן הבקשה ועד 24 שעות אחריה, לניסיון חוזר, ואז נמחקים. הם לא מועתקים לאחסון קבוע.Files and messages you send for a request: kept on the agent service only during the request and up to 24 hours after it, for a retry, then deleted. They are not copied to permanent storage.

Deleting a room also deletes its renders, notes and snapshots. A room that was never sent is deleted after a day. A tour you published separately stays until you delete it.

We are adding automatic deletion for them.
- פניות במייל ובטופס: בתיבת הדואר שלנו, כל עוד הן נדרשות להתכתבות איתכם.Emails and contact form messages: in our mailbox, for as long as they are needed for our correspondence with you.
- יומנים טכניים של ספקי האחסון (זמן, כתובת, תוצאה, בלי תוכן הבקשות): עד 30 יום.Technical logs kept by our hosting providers (time, address, outcome, without the content of requests): up to 30 days.
7. אבטחה7. Security
- החיבור לאתר, לתוכנה ולשרתים שלנו מוצפן (HTTPS).Connections to the site, the software and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS).
- סיסמאות נשמרות רק כגיבוב חד־כיווני עם מלח, ואסימוני כניסה נשמרים אצלנו רק כגיבוב.Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes, and we store sign-in tokens only as hashes.
- פרטי כרטיס האשראי לא מגיעים לשרתים שלנו.Card details never reach our servers.
- הגישה למערכות מוגבלת למפעיל השירות.Access to the systems is limited to the operator of the Service.
8. הזכויות שלכם8. Your rights
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א־1981, אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם ולבקש לתקן אותו. את החשבון אפשר למחוק בעצמכם בעמוד החשבון. לכל בקשה אחרת, או אם אתם מעדיפים, כתבו ל־hello@modelz3d.com או ל־support@modelz3d.com מכתובת האימייל של החשבון. נענה תוך 30 יום. אם לא נוכל להיענות לבקשה, נסביר למה, ותוכלו לפנות לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review the information we hold about you and ask to correct it. You can delete your account yourself on the account page. For any other request, or if you prefer, write to hello@modelz3d.com or support@modelz3d.com from your account's email address. We answer within 30 days. If we cannot meet a request, we explain why, and you may turn to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

- העברה לחו״ל: המידע מעובד בישראל, שהנציבות האירופית הכירה ברמת ההגנה על מידע בה, ואצל הספקים שבסעיף 4 בארה״ב ובמקומות אחרים, לפי הסעיפים החוזיים התקניים של הנציבות האירופית או מסגרת פרטיות הנתונים בין האיחוד לארה״ב (EU-US Data Privacy Framework), לפי מה שכל ספק מציע.Transfers: your information is processed in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as giving adequate protection, and by the providers in section 4 in the US and elsewhere, under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as each provider offers.
- הזכויות שלכם: אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו או לקבל עותק שלו, להתנגד לשימוש בו או להגביל אותו, ולהתלונן לרשות להגנת המידע במדינה שלכם. נענה תוך חודש.Your rights: you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict its use, and complain to your local data protection authority. 10. שינויים במדיניות10. Changes to this policy
כשנעדכן את המדיניות נשנה את התאריך בראש העמוד. על שינוי מהותי נודיע במייל ובאתר לפני שייכנס לתוקף.When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of the page. For a material change, we tell you by email and on the site before it takes effect.
