אם ריצה לא יצרה כלום בגלל תקלה אצלנו, היא לא מחויבת בכלל, כי קרדיטים יורדים רק בסוף ריצה שמסרה תוצאה. לא צריך לבקש. כל ריצה גם מוגבלת בזמן ובעלות, ולא מוציאה יותר מהיתרה שלכם.If a run creates nothing because of a fault on our side, it is not charged at all, because credits are taken only at the end of a run that delivered a result. You don't need to ask. Every run is also capped in time and cost, and never spends more than your balance.
תקלה אצלנו היא למשל שגיאה בשרת או בשירות AI, או קריסה של התוסף. ריצה שנעצרה באמצע, על ידיכם או בגלל מגבלת הזמן או העלות שלנו, מחויבת רק אם כבר שינתה את המודל, ורק על העבודה שנעשתה עד העצירה. אם התוצאה לא שמישה, כתבו לנו ונבדוק.A fault on our side is, for example, a server or AI service error or a plugin crash. A run that stopped midway, by you or by our time or cost cap, is charged only if it already changed the model, and only for the work done until it stopped. If the result is not usable, write to us and we will look into it.
אם SketchUp נתקעה או קרסה באמצע ריצה, הריצה לא מחויבת. עבודה שלא נשמרה ואבדה או קובץ שנפגם לא מזכים בהחזר כספי (סעיף 10 בתנאי השימוש). שמרו לפני כל פעולה.If SketchUp froze or crashed during a run, the run is not charged. Lost unsaved work or a corrupted file does not qualify for a money refund (section 10 of the terms of use). Save before each action.
2. ביטול מנוי2. Cancelling a plan
- אפשר לבטל בכל רגע, בעצמכם, בעמוד החשבון. אפשר גם במייל ל־billing@modelz3d.com מכתובת האימייל של החשבון, או בדואר ל־Yuval Moshes, נמל יפו 20, תל אביב-יפו. נאשר במייל ונפסיק לחייב תוך 3 ימי עסקים לכל היותר. המנוי לא יחויב שוב.You can cancel anytime yourself, on the account page. You can also cancel by email to billing@modelz3d.com from your account's email address, or by post toYuval Moshes, Namal Yafo 20, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. We confirm by email and stop charging within 3 business days at the latest. The plan is not charged again.

If you cancel after the first 14 days, it stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew; the months left are not refunded pro rata. Within the first 14 days you can cancel under the law (section 3). This is also shown next to the yearly price and at checkout, before you pay.

About 40 days before the end of the year we email you a reminder with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel. You can cancel before that date at no charge.
3. ביטול עסקה לפי החוק3. Cancelling a purchase under the law
לקוחות בישראל רשאים לבטל עסקה לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א־1981, ותקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תוך 14 יום מיום הרכישה או מהיום שקיבלתם את מייל האישור עם פרטי העסקה, המאוחר מביניהם. מהזיכוי ינוכו שווי הקרדיטים שכבר נוצלו ודמי ביטול של 5% מהמחיר או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם.Customers in Israel may cancel a purchase under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations within 14 days of the purchase or of the day you received the confirmation email with the purchase details, whichever is later. The refund is reduced by the value of credits already used and a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
לקוחות באיחוד האירופי ובבריטניה רשאים לחזור בהם תוך 14 יום מהרכישה, בלי לנמק. אם ביקשתם בקופה שהמסלול יתחיל מיד, ינוכה מהזיכוי רק שווי הקרדיטים שנוצלו עד ההודעה, בלי דמי ביטול. אחרי שכל הקרדיטים של הרכישה נוצלו, השירות סופק במלואו ואין זכות חזרה. הזכות חלה על התשלום הראשון במנוי, לא על חידושים.Customers in the European Union and the UK may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. If you asked at checkout for your plan to start right away, we deduct only the value of the credits used until your notice, with no cancellation fee. Once all the credits of a purchase are used, the service has been fully provided and the right to withdraw ends. The right applies to the first payment of a subscription, not to renewals.

4. שינוי מסלול4. Changing plans
- שדרוג נכנס לתוקף מיד, עם חיוב יחסי על יתרת התקופה.An upgrade takes effect immediately, charged pro rata for the rest of the period.
- מעבר למסלול קטן יותר נכנס לתוקף בחידוש הבא. עד אז נשארים במסלול הנוכחי, ולכן אין החזר על התקופה הנוכחית.A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Until then you keep your current plan, so the current period is not refunded.
- מספר המחשבים לפי מסלול: Starter עד 2, Pro עד 3, Studio עד 5, למשתמש אחד. אחרי מעבר למסלול קטן יותר, מחשבים שכבר מקושרים נשארים מקושרים. כדי לקשר מחשב נוסף, הסירו קודם מחשבים בחשבון עד שתהיו מתחת למגבלה של המסלול החדש.Computers per plan: Starter up to 2, Pro up to 3, Studio up to 5, for one user. After a downgrade, computers already linked stay linked. To link another one, first remove computers in your account until you are under the new plan's limit.
5. תוקף הקרדיטים5. How long credits last
- קרדיטים של מסלול: כל עוד המסלול פעיל, קרדיטים שלא נוצלו עוברים לחודש אחד נוסף. כשהמסלול מסתיים, הקרדיטים שנשארו זמינים עוד 3 חודשים, ואחר כך פגים.Plan credits: while your plan is active, unused plan credits roll over for one extra month. When the plan ends, the credits left stay usable for 3 more months, then they expire.
- קרדיטים שנרכשו בנפרד (חבילות השלמה): בתוקף ל־12 חודשים מיום הרכישה, ואפשר להשתמש בהם גם בלי מסלול. 30 יום לפני שהם פגים נשלח לכם מייל. חבילות שנרכשו לפני שהכלל הזה נכנס לתוקף לא פגות לעולם.Top-up credits: valid for 12 months from the day you buy them, and usable with or without a plan. We email you 30 days before they expire. Top-ups bought before this rule took effect never expire.
- קרדיטים בחינם (1,000 עם ההתקנה, 2,000 אחרי הרשמה ואימות אימייל, קרדיטים מקופונים והחזר על ריצה שנכשלה) ניתנים בלי תשלום. הם בתוקף ל־12 חודשים מהיום שניתנו, אפשר להשתמש בהם גם בלי מסלול, ואין להם ערך כספי.Free credits (1,000 on install, 2,000 after sign-up and email verification, credits from coupons and refunds for failed runs) are given at no charge. They are valid for 12 months from the day they are given, work without a plan, and have no cash value.
- זיכוי בקרדיטים שניתן במקום החזר כספי על ביטול עסקה: בתוקף לשנתיים מהיום שניתן.Credits given instead of a money refund for a cancelled purchase: valid for 2 years from the day they are given.

6. החזר על רכישת קרדיטים6. Refunds on top-ups
טעינת קרדיטים שלא נוצלה כלל אפשר לבטל תוך 14 יום מהרכישה (סעיף 3). אחרי זה, או אחרי שהתחלתם להשתמש בה, אין החזר על הטעינה. קרדיטים במתנה לא ניתנים להחזר.A top-up whose credits were not used at all can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase (section 3). After that, or once you start using it, top-ups are not refunded. Free credits cannot be refunded.
7. איך מקבלים החזר7. How refunds are paid
ההחזר מבוצע לאמצעי התשלום שבו שולם, תוך 14 יום מהיום שקיבלנו את הודעת הביטול, עם חשבונית זיכוי.Refunds go back to the payment method you used within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, with a credit invoice.
